The pastoral care team at St. Alban's extends the love of Christ by caring for individuals during times of struggle, illness, grief, or even times of celebration and joy. They offer care by providing companionship, prayer, and Eucharistic visitations (home communion).
The pastoral care team also tends to the spiritual needs of St. Alban's members who are not able to attend regular worship services due to illness, hospitalization, or mobility issues.
In order to provide ongoing formation for caregivers, regular education opportunities and workshops are offered to equip team members with skills and knowledge that will assist in their ministry.
If you or a loved one would benefit from pastoral care, would like to talk to a caregiver, or request home communion, please contact the church office. We would be happy to connect with you and are even able to set up video conferences if that works better for you.
