It is a long-standing tradition on the Day of Resurrection to remember those we love and honor with the gift of flowers, which adorn our church on Easter. Following Easter worship, the flowers are taken to St. Alban’s members who are unable to worship with us in-person, or members of our parish family in mourning so that they, too, may experience the joy that these flowers bring to our communal worship.
You are invited to participate in this tradition and ministry.
If you would like to dedicate an Easter flower in memory or in honor of a loved one, please complete the form found on this page. Dedications will appear in the bulletin on Easter Sunday.
It is also appropriate and welcome for you to include a donation to cover the cost of the flowers. No particular amount is required; your generosity is appreciated. Checks may be made out to St. Alban’s with “Easter flowers” in the memo line and mailed to 333 S. Drexel Ave Bexley, OH 43209. You can also utilize our online giving form to make your donation online.
We ask that all donations be received by March 24th in order for the names to be included in the service bulletin and the Red Door.
If you have any questions, please contact the chair of St. Alban 's Flower Guild, Mrs. Dani Rosler, or the church office for assistance.
