Come Together, Make a Difference

Love Beyond Words

Welcome to our “Serving Our Communities” pages, highlighting St. Alban’s community partnerships that cultivate human connections, compassion, and justice for our neighbors in Bexley and beyond.

Monthly Shelter Meals

Breaking Bread, Building Hope

We prepare and serve hearty, homemade meals to guests at the “Friends of the Homeless” shelter. With every plate we serve, we offer not just food but fellowship, warmth, and dignity. Join our team of volunteers to make a difference, one meal at a time.

The Open-Door Ministry

Welcome, Care, and Relief

The Open-Door Ministry welcomes people experiencing financial hardship who need temporary assistance with utilities, rent, gas, or grocery store gift cards. Please call the church office at 614-253-8549 to schedule an appointment.

Social Justice and Advocacy

Respecting the Dignity of Every Human Being

Episcopal social justice and advocacy ministries promote justice and peace for all people and support public policies that respect the dignity of every human being. We affirm the vital connection between our beliefs and our way of life.

Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot

Giving Thanks by Giving Back

The annual Bexley Turkey Trot, sponsored by St. Alban’s, is a joyful tradition that brings the community together on Thanksgiving morning for fitness, family fun, and giving thanks by giving back. Proceeds support the Mid-Ohio Food Collective.

LGBTQ+ Affirming

Love Without Limits

As a parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio, St. Alban’s proudly welcomes and affirms LGBTQ+ individuals, ensuring that everyone feels respected and included in our faith community. We affirm the presence, gifts, and leadership of all.
